Yesterday the postman delivered the Strictly Come Dancing - Strictly Fit DVD's which I am going to try out today.
Has anyone else done these? Also, are they just a bit of a faddy thing, will they do anything for me? Or is it just good that I am moving about more - whatever way I do it? I used to ballroom dance back in the days when I was slim, and I know I felt like I had exercised afterwards, so I am hoping any movement is good movement
