Achieved my 5k race this morning ! :)

did a PR of 33 minutes 48 seconds i am pretty happy for my first 5k in San Francisco .

going to do a 10 K race i think in April then my half marathon in June .

Very happy with my morning race to start my sunday

Congratulations! I also admire you for putting up attainable goals. I hope to see you in longer races in the future. I just have one question, did you use running as your main activity for losing weight? Are you doing other exercises?

nicole.young i started to run last year in the UK ( now i am back in the USA ) but in the Uk i did race for life to motivate me to stay fit and raise money for cancer as well . i had to run that race while pregnant as when i enroll the following day i found out i was pregnant so end up running the race at 25 weeks pregnant .

i like to run as way to stay fit !
