Oh this was over a year ago My cycle shortened between 24-26 day cycle .... much lighter too. Then I got lazy and it returned to 28 days but last month back to 26 days!

Interesting how your period can change with exercise. Lighter would be welcomed with me.

I've noticed that it can either jump-start my cycle or delay it. It depends on how much I'm exercising and whether I've changed my diet. Little changes can really throw it off.
