I was just wondering those of you who have followed slimming world, how much weight have you lost and in what time frame?
I know everyone is different but I am interested to know.
I am 5'7 and 12 stone 7 lbs.
I want to get down to 10 stone.
I weight lift 5 days a week and do minimum 30 minutes cardio after weight training, I have gained muscle so some weight is down to that - I know that because I have been lighter than I am now but bigger in clothes.
