Think I'm slowly getting this dieting lark
Not managed to get on the forum much in August (too much been going on), but feeling better about myself (a lil bit). Think it's time to get it sorted
Realised that two things are holding me back. Portion control and drinking water. I'm not so bad with what I actually eat.
Portions aren't too much of a problem (going to use one of the kids dinner plates
). I kinda realised this last night when we had chilli and you naturally serve up and it fills the plate (even though you could do with eating less).
Water I'm having a problem with. I used to have a bottle in the fridge that I tried to finish each day... just keep forgetting
Anyway, the bonus is I'm now (after putting a little bit on and then losing it again) under 14 stone and feel good about losing some more
