Wow i really admire your honesty. i am very much the same as yourself. I have recently gone back to slimming world myself and feel as thought it is helping slowly.
I really need to get my mindset right hubby will be working nights from next week. thats my biggest downfall as when my daughter goes to bed i am on my own and get bored. i have been doing it for years so maybe its a habit aswell.
I have brought loads of low syn lollies to have. i have been given a load of books by a friend to encourage me to read again. used to love it but somehow stopped.
I also have a pedometer and am trying to walk more finding it really hard to resist but taking it one day at a time
