Drinkable meals of course can help you to calculate your macro nutrient and caloric intake. When you're losing weight, you want to moderate your sugar/carbs consumption. Most of the meal replacement shakes have added sugar to make them taste better, but it's not helping you to lose weight. Instead, you will be gaining weight. So read the labels.

I recently started drinking beach body shakeology. I was always hesitant before! I was surprised that I actually really enjoyed the flavor. I ordered a combo pack of chocolate, vanilla and strawberry. Chocolate wasn't my favorite...but the other two were smooth when blended with a small banana and some water!

I don't think that replacing meal is a good plan. Because when we work out our body loses energy and to get back into the boosted form meal is very necessary. Yes we can make sure about what we are consuming in our meal. One should to take healthy and nutritious food.
