This happens to me a lot. It's so deflating to find out you've gone in reverse. Try to stay positive and drink tons of water. Drink more water than you normally do and you'll probably see those seven pounds gone in a few days.

Water is a good place to start. About a month ago due to stress and not paying attention I gained about that over a weekend. When I hit the scales I freaked out a little and once I was chill I went back to figure out what I was eating and drinking, most of it was all bad. I might have had one good thing that weekend and that was it.
