I started using Eontu as a meal replacement diet then started introducing my own foods. I have lost 1.5 stone so far and plan to try to use their products for the 5:2 diet once I have lost a lot of weight. Then hopefully I can just use healthy eating with Eontu snack bars to maintain my weight. Thanks for the advice guys - by bulking up I just meant I want to be lean not muscly but I suppose that's not going to happen unless I do it on purpose! Was a bit
worried that's all. feel a bit daft now :blush. I would recommend Eontu though because if it can help someone as fussy as me it should be able to help anyone! The food's really nice so that helps to keep going with it.
