Eontu Diet

I've been using the Eontu diet - has anyone else heard of them? I have been using one of the Eontu weight loss plans for over a month and have lost a lot of weight. It would be great to meet other people doing the diet as I could do with some motivation sometimes. Also, can anyone recommend exercises I could do at home that won't bulk me up?

I've not heard of it before. Is it new? Quick look on Google and it looks like a meal replacement diet(?)

I've never heard of it either but if you've lost weight then it's obviously working so well done x

I've not heard if it either! From your username I'm guessing you're female? In that case it's actually really hard to bulk up cos we dint have enough testosterone! I really recommend the Jillian michaels DVDs!

I haven't heard of this diet either. It looks to me like a restricted calorie diet with meal replacement options. How much weight did you lose in a month?

I second Princess's suggestion to get some Jillian Michaels DVDs. You could use two pound weights with her workouts and not have to worry about bulking up.

Eontu Diet sounds interesting. Can you provide more information about this diet? Also let me know your experience in details. Did you make any changes to this plan to suit you? I read on the net that it is a meal replacement plan, so what if I can’t follow this after few days. You have mentioned that it has helped you to lose weight, how much did you lose and how fast?

I started using Eontu as a meal replacement diet then started introducing my own foods. I have lost 1.5 stone so far and plan to try to use their products for the 5:2 diet once I have lost a lot of weight. Then hopefully I can just use healthy eating with Eontu snack bars to maintain my weight. Thanks for the advice guys - by bulking up I just meant I want to be lean not muscly but I suppose that's not going to happen unless I do it on purpose! Was a bit worried that's all. feel a bit daft now :blush. I would recommend Eontu though because if it can help someone as fussy as me it should be able to help anyone! The food's really nice so that helps to keep going with it.
