I don't have a whole free day as I'm on SW. I really struggle with anything 'cheaty' as like you one turns into ten and I still want more.
Thursday after weigh in I always have a treat meal, I have what ever I fancy and don't hold back. The only thing I'm cautious with is the pudding, I've got a real sweet tooth so for me I have to avoid cakes and biscuits... Especially biscuits because one is never enough and sometimes that means more than one packet
So I tend to stick with one chocolate bar, usually M&M's or Maltesers as I like that I can spread them out to feel like I've had a choccy overdose.
I'm now dreaming of a whole 'free day' it would be scary and I would probably just spend the day at McDonalds!! Haha... Just shows how easy you could revert to old ways doesn't it?
