Hello everyone, My name is Sakina. Three years back I was a 100kg, I went down to 55kg by eating no carbs and gymming 5 days a week.
I kept the wait off, but 8 months ago I got married, and since then my weight has increased rapidly. I am now 85Kg.
I am struggling to eat healthy or find the motivation to go to the gym. I am upset with the weight gain, and want to kick start my healthy eating and gain motivation again.

I have decided to start two diets and combine the together, in order to get back in line.
Boo tea diet: Drink tea every morning and drink the night tea every other night.
Slim fast: 3:2:1 plan - 3 snacks under 100 calories, 2 shakes or meal replacement bars and one main meal.
Will keep everyone posted on how it works out.
