I used to hate working out. But after following the below mentioned steps I started working out say once every three days.
I started by first finding an activity which I enjoy like say dancing. The more I started to move the more liked dancing. It may sound silly but it's true. I started small and slowly added a little more movement each week.
I have always thought of my exercise time as me time, and I try to treat each session like any other appointment in my day. I donít do it for anyone elseís benefit, only my own.
