I'm 5'9 and running at a deficit I need to aim on around 1500 Cals with one "eat up carbs" day of around 2200 Cals. Eating low is a false economy, the psychology behind that is the hardest to crack because we naturally associate an increase in calories with weight gain, but our bodies don't work like that. It's an inner battle to fight in your head

Most of us have been there though haven't we I stopped calorie counting but if I input my food some days I need mega improvements and I've been told it could be the reason I've 'stuck' ... great I can maintain though when I don't blooming want to
