I think it depends, but it is possible. Do you want to go all natural or do you have something else in mind?

Write down what you eat, all of it. Most people believe they eat less than they actually do, then cut out the bad stuff in between meals! Drink more water, no fizzy drinks, very low amounts of alcohol. Question all of the food you eat, just cut out anything with medium to high fat content, cut it out, simple. Lastly, you have to raise your metabolism, you have to do some form of excercise. I was eating 6 good meals a day ( low fat content ) but playing squash 4 times a week and could not put on a pound. Excercise is boring , playing sport is not!!!
If you can't play sport and don't want to join the gym, there's only one thing to do. You need to hit it hard every day for 10-15 minutes where it's high intensity short periods. You need to be gasping for air at the end of it and pushing yourself when you can't push anymore. Eat healthy breakfast(low fat), drink water, very low calories lunchtime ( no fat ) and chicken, salad, fish option for evening. Allow yourself a SMALL treat once a week. Do this for 3 months and you will not only feel 100% better but look it also. Good Luck..

It is completely possible but I guess it depends on your weight. I'm quite big but on my first week of slimming world I lost ten pounds so it can be done

No-Rice Diet

Is this possible? Any suggestion on how? I'm thinking of no-rice diet. What do you think, guys? Sadly, I'm too busy to exercise.

Hi, what do you substitute to rice? You need carbs at least. I suggest wheat bread and potatoes. Make sure to eat small amount of food frequently if you thinking for no-rice diet. Goodluck.

I would switch normal potatoes for sweet potatoes. I don't often eat rice, but do eat carbs.

Definitely do-able. Write down your desired weight and paste it where you can see it every day. You'll need to lose about 2 to 3 pounds every week to reach your weight loss goal.

Step one: If you work in a building with some stairs, try using it once in a while. Those few steps will allow you to burn calories.

Step two: Get to know you neighbourhood by walking around a bit. Every step you take will allow you to burn a few calories.

Step three: If you take public transportation, get off two stops before your destination and walk the rest of the way home.

Step four: Try your best to only drink water. Most weight gains can be traced to too much calorie intake.

The few listed steps will get you going in the right direction. Contrary to what some might think, weight gain is a slow and deliberate process. As you eat less and do some of the activities listed, your weight will gradually be reduced.

IBS and dieting ?

I'm new dieting, but never the less have sat and listened at meetings and have now managed to lose 12 lbs in 20 days with SW help. I have however recently start to get stomach ache and it won't go away, the timing of this episode actually seems to coincide with when I started my journey to lose weight ?

Anyone else experienced this ?
