It's pizza!! My little girl would only ever pizza if she thought it came through the post! So we call it postman pat pizza it just stuck!!

Not sure how it will work out with the boot camp and using weights, I know generally at the gym if weight lifting of any kind you need to ignore the scales but right now I think it's more about feeling disappointed with myself and want to see 'something'. I'm doing it all right though... I might need to do a no carb week just to kick start things.

I suppose the thing with boot camp and weights is the fact the fat burns and turns into muscle so your developing more muscle, and not the fat?!

Yer. It peeves me off though and sometimes I just need someone with the 'know' to say "remember...." I'm going for the whole health body fat assessments with the guy who runs boot camp so I'll get him to remind me And Stu said to me earlier you know how it is *ie: stop moaning* lol!

I'll be grand some lbs will come off but so will the inches but I feel it's hard right now to tell if I have hit a plateau already or what my body needs to get back into it and not be comfortable.

I'm not entirely comfortable saying how much I weigh, but I am severely overweight and have a LOT to lose. I made a start on Jan 4th and have lost about 5kg (11lbs) so far. About another 100 to go :-(

... as for me well I haven't gain I haven't lost and it's been the same for 3 weeks, I'm going mad lol but boot camp PT confirmed what I know and ignore if I'm not losing on the scale I am definitely losing fat! It should start moving at some point but I need it to now #hissy

Thank you for the very warm welcome!

I am down another kg so 6kg lost in total. I have to lock food in the garage while my OH is at work though and forgot to get my breakfast oats out first so had to yank some bread from the freezer. Haven't had bread for a few weeks. Forgot how yummy it was and ate heaps :-(
