I like weighing myself every morning just to confirm the day before was a good/bad food day. The problem is after a bad day it usually takes 3 or 4 good days to get back to where I was so it makes me sad
at my weight I can easily gain or lose up to 6lbs daily although with sensible eating and light exercise is more like 2lbs/day. I think when I get lighter i.e. < 20 stone I will probably just weigh weekly as I will not see such dramatic changes.
