Most craziest diets tried

It seems like some diet options out there are so crazy and yet you just have to try them. I feel like I have done them all and I'm not so sure that half of them even worked or were any good for you. For me the Dukan diet was my crazy one. Just a few days in and I was freaking out over the lack of fruit. What are some crazy diets you have tried? Did any of them actually work?

I once went down to 600 calories a day. I just ate two bowls of pasta a day and that was it. It worked, but it certainly was not healthy. I wouldn't diet like that again!

I tried the Cambridge diet for two weeks on just 500 calories of shakes a day. It almost killed me but lost loads of weight. Unfortunately I put it all back on

The craziest diet I've ever tried is the cabbage soup diet. When I followed the two-week plan, I did jump-start my weight loss. This was at least a decade ago, though, but I imagine it still works. It's not good to stay on that diet, but doesn't hurt for such a short time.

I went through a stage where I had damaged my stomach and the only food I could bring myself to eat was a freshly made ham or turkey salad sandwich from one of my local shops. Remember the soft flowery baguette bread being awesome. Lost over 4 stone in the space of a few weeks.

I went on the cabbage soup diet so many times and it worked for me every single time. It is not so unhealthy because you eat almost everything.
