I don't restrict any of the macronutrients by meal time, but it's not a bad idea. I don't know about others here but I actually crave carbs the most intensely at night, so cutting them out of dinner would probably do me some good.
I loveeeee pasta and it was apart of many meals! Overload was the problem ... Now I try to cook whole wheat pasta when we have it but admit not always.
I had a friend on SW with me who ate pasta all week and wondered why she never lost weight as SW have it marked as 'free' on extra easy which is wrong and they should state with all free foods it is part moderation IMO. Oh I'm going on now

See I have baby potatoes with our salad not many but I do like potatoes or pasta with salads.
