Multivitamin supplements

I think I am going to start taking a multivitamin. Right now the only kind of supplement I take is vitamin D because I usually am deficient in that and the doctor advised it.

I feel a little run down and it's possible that with dieting all the time I may be missing some important nutrients. I have a doctor's appointment today so I will ask for his opinion.

Do you take any vitamins?

I started to take them because of vitamin D too and I really don't think I would want to stop now. I feel a great (natural) boost no and other than normal sinus (pollen) issues I really don't have any problems.

I keep saying that I am going to start taking them. I just don't know which ones to take. It seems like no matter what I try, they mess with my stomach. I don't want to take vitamins and then have to take a stool softener to go to the bathroom.

I used to take them but haven't for a few years. I might start again as we have some in. I think they're just a general multi vitamin with a bit of everything in.
I take cod liver oil capsules for the Omega 3.

Hi,
I once bought some Spirulina in powdered form due to all I heard about the benefits but just couldn´t stand the taste and hubby slowly used it up but a few months ago I went to our local health shop and asked her to recommend a good multivitamin. Spirulina she says. "I hate the stuff" I tell her but she gave it me in a tablet form ( organic Hawaian ) and I´ve been taking it since then along with a good organic fish oil for omega 3 and I have to say I do feel better and recently my skin seems to look much better too.
