Small Changes Sometimes More Effective Than A Diet Overhaul

This is a great article that talks about how making a few small changes in your diet can actually be better in the long run and easier to maintain. Think about how many diet fads have come and gone over the last 50 years. More than half of these diet plans have conflicting information or have not been verified by 3rd parties. Plus, not every diet is right for every person so this is something to think about.

I agree! Sometimes a complete overhaul can be too much and is more likely to fail. I think making small changes where you can is good and more likely to be sustainable for the long term rather than trying to do everything at once This is where I have failed a lot in the past!
