I work for a British TV Company making factual programmes for channels including bbc2, channel 4 and UKTV.
We're currently doing some research into alternative diets tried by people across Britain for a new programme idea.
We're looking to speak to people with unusual tips and techniques for weight loss or maintaining an ideal weight. They might have an alternative type of diet, or eat a diet high in a particular type of food, or only eat at a particular time of day etc. Maybe you are trying a new unusual diet or you have a particular diet trick or food item you swear by?
