I have been doing really well on my diet plan, counting calories and walking almost every day. Next month, however, my sister is coming for a ten day visit and already I am stressing out big time. She loves to go out & eat --- and to be honest, I love to go out and eat with her when she's around!
I'm afraid I'll undo all my good work. I need to put a workable plan into place before she gets here.
Anybody have any tips or suggestions on how to handle this?
