At the moment i really try not to because it tends to lead to a binge so just plan out my meals and stick to them.

I graze a lot recently, mostly through boredom. I find crisps so tempting When I was in the right mindset though, I would snack on fruit, veg or instant soup.

I don't really graze during the day but at the worse time just before bed. Not sure its really gazing more than rifling through the snack cupboard to see what picks my fancy LOL. Wouldn't mind so much if I could cut down my main meals infavor of healthy grazing

I graze all day long. I think its through boredom. When im busy on courses etc im not hungry or bothered even if its put in front of me. But at home i just need to eat & eat. Today ive tried to pacify it by drinking lots, but ive only just scraped through the day!
