My pledge for this week

No alcohol !

No carbs meaning mainly white carbs !

No sugar !


oh and my week will end on Saturday night !

I like the idea of a pledge! This week I will give up white, processed carbs. Too many last week and my tummy is sore, not to mention I think I went up about a kilo, arg. I'll do this until Sunday (if I can!). Great idea Befit!!

so its monday morning for me ( California time) so far just coffee and will try to drink as much herbal tea today !

also i think i don't drink enough water so i should try to do that more this week

I pledge to drink more water every day this week and to walk 30 min each day. There, I said it- now I MUST do it!

Does that mean Saturday night an alcoholic drink gets poured? Lol I need the no alcohol pledge but have guests this week ... Or just not pour a couple on Fridays and Saturdays maybe

I'm having 3 salads this week with different things (chicken, spinach tortilla pie + jacket potatoe on diff days) and one stir fry (so lots of veg) for main meals.

I pledge to drink lots more water and green tea this week.

Day 1 done ( yesterday) and i resisted everything !

Day 2 today hopefully will do as well !
so just found out that i had forgot about a BBQ for work for my husband on thursday ! but there i think i can avoid eating it will be so many people that i think no one will notice if i don't eat a hot dog! lol but then i also forgot we are going out to the restaurant for friday night to celebrate a birthday. i will try to pick fish maybe or a nice salad ...that night will be hard to resist ( suppose to be one of the nice restaurant in the city !!! )

Great idea! My pledge this week will be: NO ALCOHOL!! really NO!! no excuses)) no to: "this is only one glass of wine". NO!;-))) and all sweets!! I do not drink sugar drinks and do not put sugar into coffee or tea. So NO to all other sweets;-))

Hey Befit you have such a great strength to resist alcohol on the parties;-(( i can not do it at all((( no i am not alcoholic but it seems all of my friends are;-))hahaha
