Knowing how to cook simple dishes

I find that the biggest obstacle with many people in trying to lose weight is not that they don't have the drive, but that they honestly fail to educate themselves on how to cook some simple dishes. Baked chicken, rice, and vegetables is one of the easiest and most nutritious dishes you can have.

My friend told me she wanted to lose weight but she didn't have the slightest clue on how to make much of anything. Except of course for cup of noodles, macaroni and cheese, and take out!
