Yogurt as a source of protein

I'm trying to bulk up on sources of protein that don't come from meat or poultry. A friend told me they supplement with yogurt. I checked the different kinds available at the grocery, and Greek yogurt seems like a viable option. What about you guys? How do you get your proteins?

I prefer natural yoghurt ... Other foods I like is cottage cheese, eggs, natural peanut butter dipped with a nice cold sliced apple and I eat a lot of chicken
