Charls healthier cooking must be working (got to give her some credit ). I've also stopped snacking so much

Anyway... I got on the scales (not weighed recently because I didn't want to depress myself ) thinking I was 14st 5lb, and I'm 13st 8.5lb

I don't feel lighter so may just be the scales are broken

Bloody hell that's amazing that's like almost a stone! Bet you feel well chuffed now! Well done! Although that should be well done to charls for making you eat healthily

Healthier cooking and less snacking is what did it for you? Sounds great. I bet you were thrilled. I would have kissed the scale.

It only took him a year to realise it was his sneaky snacking day and late nights/early hours that were the problem and I wasn't adding any magic spices to my dinner and not his
