The only thing I want in the morning after I first wake up is coffee. Then after about an hour or two I may have some yogurt or cottage cheese. I keep hard boiled eggs on hand too. Sometimes if I am particularly hungry, I will make an omelet.

What do you usually have for breakfast? Lately, I have been having a green smoothie each morning. Do you generally have the same thing each morning or do you try to switch it up some?
I don't really have a "usual" breakfast. Sometimes I wake up very hungry and then I like to have chocolate oatmeal, which I make with oatmeal, 1% milk, and a bit of cocoa powder. Other times I don't wake up so hungry and then it's just a glass of milk, a glass of juice, a banana, or maybe some yogurt.

I try to vary it, but breakfast lately has consisted of a slice of whole wheat toast, a boiled egg, and an orange. I raise chickens and have an orange tree; both are in full production mode right now, so I'm eating to make room in the refrigerator.

Oatmeal, fruit, and a cup of tea. It's enough to keep me going till my mid-morning snack (a granola bar). I've found that this particular combo works quite well.

I've been doing a protein powder drink for breakfast every morning. Sometimes I add yogurt or fruit. It usually keeps me satisfied for a few hours.

I really want a blender soon to add to my breakfast shakes, a shake often isn't satisfying me when I have a workout day!

I think that sometimes yield does not hurt, the secret is not live of temptations!

Coffee, splash of cream. No need to eat breakfast, the 'getting the metabolism going' thing is mostly irrelevant. If you like eating brekkie, go for it, but by no means essential.
I'm far from a a breakfast person ... I found I ate breakfast I lost weight I didn't I didn't lose weight. Each time I slip into the no breakfast mode I slow down. That's just personal experience and opinion it's important to kick start if it be small or large I totally believe it's important!
