Well last week I had gained 3 lbs so I was 16st 12, which was poo, but me and OH had been away for a few days and ate shoking so not surprising...
Properly started on the 5:2 diet again this week and weighed in at 16st 7 on Saturday!! So 5lb loss altogether (doesn't count tho coz I knew the 3lbs would come off easy
) so officially I guess it was 2lb loss!
also AF is here so pretty pleased with that!
I have officially hit my 2.5st milestone
