Hi Wobbles,
I walked quite a lot ( thats what I do most of ) and did some Wii dancing too. I used to walk nearly 2 hours at least 5 days a week but I've been doing an extra job this last year and it's been hard to find time and get motivated.
Nearly finished now though and I fully intend to get back at it come September.

Hi Rachael. Wow! Youǘe done great so far. Well done. I weigh in on Wednesdays too. On the Tuesday it was GOT TO DO SOMETHING but I didn't dare weigh in but on Wednesday I thought that was being silly so I bit the bullet and weighed myself. lol

I lost 4 lbs this week. What?! I have no idea how as I've eaten so much chocolate.
I'm below the weight I wanted to be and want to gain a few lbs now, doh!

I had my weekly weigh in this morning at SW and. I lost 1.5lbs this past week. I am pleasantly surprised.

Great loss! enjoy gaining a few back but don't over do it.

Good for you Cathy. it is never a good idea to try and deny the 'damage' you may have done but simply to to face up to it, understand why and move forward. I am pleased to read you got on those scales. Stick with it, once you get into your stride it becomes more enjoyable and a little easier.

I'm at my lowest and it's stopped again, really getting annoyed. AF today though so that helps #sigh
