Healthy desserts?

What are some healthy desserts that you like to eat? Do you have dessert every night or is it more something you do occasionally?

My dessert for me is just an apple and peanut butter. Not exactly a dessert, but it is healthy.

I rarely have dessert, but fruit is a healthy idea. Sorbet is also a low fat alternation to ice cream

Here is one of my favorite healthy dessert recipes. It's a pineapple-raspberry parfait. I know everybody likes parfait right? Well, it's creamy yogurt, healthy sweet fruit, and you can even add some nuts for fiber. Doesn't get anymore healthy for a dessert than that!

I usually just have a muller with or without fruit or sugar free jelly with light cream or jelly! Naughty side is a sprinkle of chocolate buttons or alike

I heard meringues are fairly low calorie and people add mullers and fruit but I keep forgetting to pick some up!

I like to eat pudding or Jell-o. It is a low calorie sweet treat that doesn't make me feel too guilty. Sometimes I will add fruit, granola and a dollop of fat free Cool Whip.
