Just wondering if any of you have tried any of the fat binding type supplements out there. I've booked a holiday for 8 weeks time and I'd like to give myself as big a boost as possible before then.
I'm looking at XLS and Proactol and its just hard to know who to trust. I've found websites which extol the virtues of both, a few seem to promote Proactol above XLS and then there is amazon. Where the reviews seem to slate both of them as equally useless
Usually I'd trust the amazon reviews, but I do find myself wondering if people are using them correctly, or just expecting to swallow a pill and wake up in a month 2 stone lighter (wouldnt that be great!)
So, thought I'd throw it out here and ask - do any of you have genuine experience of these two good or bad?
