What diet have you had the most success with?

So I'm finally taking dieting seriously. Before, I just fitted in with Charls and ate pretty much what she did but wasn't losing anything (if anything I put on weight) because I was cheating at work (with food, not charls lol)? I always work through my lunch so often ended up with cafe food (or something just as unhealthy). I need some recommendations for diets that fit in with work and don't starve your brain (it's hard enough to concentrate as it is lol).

Give me some inspiration

My husband likes Sw. He wants to tone up and lose weight but still eat decent meals so me doing slimming world means he still gets his proper meals and I can keep him on track

It's work that does me it. With SW doesn't it require more prep time? Cafe food and sandwiches are so stoggy but so convenient. Salads just don't do it for me lol.

Rick works in a park as a gardener and the cafe people always bring him cake lol. He doesn't do salad either but for lunch he uses the wholemeal bread as a b choice with tuna and then eats a load of fruit. He doesn't stick to it 100% as he doea karate twice a week but we just make sure he has a decent team with plenty of super free food and only good snacks
