Junk Food Weekend....UGH

I ate way too much junk food this weekend! I have such a hard time with that, it seems. Friends come over, we wind up drinking, then I wind up saying, "Why not?" to making my grandma's recipe for peanut butter bars. I swear it almost feels like every time I take a step forward (by cutting out fast food, for example) I wind up taking two steps back!!

Weekends are always my let down! Do you have a planned cheat day? I've always allowed myself a Friday/Saturday night off and found that I didn't end up feeling guilty and actually didnt go too overboard. I think if I felt like I was being naughty, I'd eat way too much, but I'd be more restrained if I knew I was allowed!

I was naughty this weekend too including a whole big bag of onion rings Friday night and a chines Saturday than made me feel like **** afterwards!

Today is now extra good day!

Weekends are always so hard for me too. I always end up going off track despite my best intentions!
