Did you try sprouting beans & legumes? It's not for me, but you dont have to live on salads, you can sprout seeds & beans, ferment veggies, eat warm raw soups. Fruits & veggies smoothies are also filling. Raw nuts for snacks & in salads & meals.
If you go in depth with the diet you can get creative (but it requires patience & time), you can make pies & pizza crust using raw ingredients. I dont have the patience to even try them loool, it requires loads of preparation & overnight soaking to prepare the ingredients.
