I know it totally goes against the tone of the forum, but...

Who's expecting a gain next week and how much?

I'm hoping to be restrained and not gain, but I'm expecting at least 2lb on realistically

I think it was 4lb last year, I ate so much I just felt sick for a whole week!

My mother has me coming over almost every day to help her bake for Christmas. She's in a frenzy and she won't give it to anyone else to eat unless we taste it first to make sure it's good. I'm glad she'll be giving most of this bakery away as gifts. I expect to gain at least 5 pounds.

I wonder if anyone's ever lost over Xmas week? Barring illnesses of course! My mum gave me our Xmas hamper earlier, 2 Tins of biscuits, sweets, twiglets, mini cheddars, pom bears, kettle chips, lots of wine... It's taking every ounce of willpower not to get stuck in!

I lost weight over the Xmas week last year but I don't think I'm gonna be determined enough again this year!

I expect to maybe gain a couple pounds but I don't think I'll do too badly. I'm going to a family dinner on Christmas Eve. I'm going to just let myself relax and not worry too much. I don't think I can eat as much as I used to. I get full so much easier now.
