I never stick to new years resolutions either! For 2013 I said I was going to change my year and my weight which I did without feeling forced into a day it just clicked so as I'm already nearly there I guess the new year will be to take back off what I know I will gain and keep it off in 2014 lol!

I can almost guarantee that by the end of the first week of Jan I'll have a vast array of exercise things lined up and will probably have bought a new DVD only resolution this year will be to keep up with my running, cos I've kind of got to! I've been dropping some serious hints that I want a properly fitted pair of running trainers, so im hoping OH will take me!

Last yay I dieted over Christmas, so new years day was just like another day for me. Hopefully I will do the same this year, I really have to get back on track soon!
