Frozen banana

It is the perfect healthy sweet treat for this hot weather! It's just like eating an ice cream!

I really want another one but my freezer won't freeze it fast enough.

That's a really smart idea, I'll have to try it. This is going to sound like a dumb question, but did you peel it before you froze it? I'm curious about the method.

I peel it first. The first time I tried it, I left the peel on and it froze onto it and I couldn't peel it off!

yes i make ice cream like that for the kids ...i froze the bananas ( sliced them then froze as it goes fast like that ) then you can mix them with some peanut butter too..enjoy or re freeze !

Frozen bananas are fantastic to have with some ice cream. Or, what you could do is put them in a smoothie that you can drink around the house for energy.
