Yesterday I had:

Breakfast - 1 boiled egg, mushrooms.

Lunch - 2 egg omelette, veg.

Dinner - chicken casserole.

Snacks - peach, 1/3 of a banana, avocado, 20g almonds.

Yesterday

B - Magic pancakes, melon, pineapple and yoghurt
L - Ham salad, 2 crispbread (2.5 syns) pickles and beetroot
D - Spicy lean pork chop with salad, new potatoes and courgettes
Snacks/Syns - Oaty Bar (3.5 syns) Dressing (2 syns) Rum and Diet Coke (6 syns)

L - Fruit salad and yoghurt
D - Chilli con carne with rice and salad
Syns/Snacks - Crisps 7 syns, Rum and Diet Coke 3 syns

Dinner - beef casserole, sweet potatoes.

Yesterday - well it just all went a bit wrong.

B - Toast and cheese (Hea and Heb)
L - Some leftover chilli and rice with salad
D - Chicken breast, salad, new potatoes

Snacks - Crisps (7 syns), 5 rolos (5 syns), Cheese on Toast (why oh why did I do it) 5 for the bread, probably 10 for the cheese dagnammit! I am guessing about 30 syns for the day and weigh in on Saturday - bugger it! Will be extra good now.
