Chickpeas/Garbanzo beans

I have four cans of chickpeas in the cabinet and am looking for something more creative to do with them. Sometimes I put them into the food processor for hummus, which I love. I put them into soups and stews and use them in salads sometimes too. Any other ideas?

Chickpeas are my favourites! I've posted a recipe in the meal ideas section before for roasted broccoli and chickpea burgers which are amazing! I also do a really nice tagine type thing with chickpeas, tomatoes, fried bread, spinach and red wine vinegar, but off the top of my head I can't remember what it's even called, let alone the recipe there's loads of really nice recipes out there though!

The roasted broccoli and chickpea burgers sounds pretty good! I'll go take a look at the meal ideas section. I've looked at some recipe sites and got a few ideas but I always like to hear directly from people. I'm the kind of cook that hates to measure everything and would rather just have an idea in mind and throw it together.

I definitely just throw things together! I've got a pretty weird taste in food and most people think the things I like sound disgusting!
