Thai tricks and tips

I love cooking Asian dishes, so a friend sent me this list of tips and tricks. A lot of them look healthy, too. Definitely implementing these in the kitchen soon!

I don't think that I've ever actually eaten Thai food before, but the pictures of the food in the article look so good!

You've gotta try it. I didn't think I would like it either--I'd always heard that it was spicy--but you can get many milder dishes. Pad thai is one of my top favorites. The more I think about it, the hungrier I get!
