Push press today followed by some Arnie presses then 10 minutes on the clock for 100 wallballs ... remaining time was spend doing 100m run and 15 kettlebell swings.

Food very strict this week.

Legs were screwed yesterday and it was squat day ... it wasn't happening

2 good sessions last 2 days. Back in tomorrow and Saturday morning following by the park run with my friend before getting stuck into some painting!

Food I have mostly stuck to plan and I've been pretty strict with myself but I'm satisfied. I'll defo carb up Saturday after 2 workouts.

Nice partner session this morning with my gym wife! Love a partner session ...

50 burpee box jumps which meant wallball box jumps for me
200m run
50 cleans
200m run
50 sit-ups
200m run
50 calorie bike or rower
200m run

Back round until time out
