Before my move I did boot camp once a week on top of the gym but today I threw myself into a morning boot camp, when I say morning I mean I was up out the door, completed camp and was back before the girls were even one eye open! Can say after just over 4 hours sleep and the recent laziness its hurt
I've booked in for 4 weeks, 5 mornings a week (your choice if you do the 5) in hope it's a life style change... I've seen people posts status about mornings runs,sessions on weights etc. and just thought they were totally crazy
If I get along with this routine I'm thinking of dropping the gym membership.what about others who do boot camp, what's your routine to fit sessions in? How often do you go to boot camp?
