portion control plate

Hi all,
Ive not been around for a while fed up with points & syns so I've gone & bought myself a Diet plate & bowl for portion control it looks straight forward to use I just need to read the booklet if anyone is interested I can either send or put the website up & I would be interested to here if anyone has tried this before 😊 xx

I know I shouldn't have but I stood on the scales this morning 😊😊
Start weight 13. 13.1/4
& today 13.8 & its only day 3 today

Well done on weight loss.Is that just by using a portion plate?

I wonder why they don't do an edible portion plate? Made of food in all the right proportions. That would rock Mind you you wouldn't need to put anything on the plate so there would be no point making it a plate at all. Maybe a portion food ball? or a pie .... mmmm pies.

I've had one of these plates for years. It's nicely supported the rest of the normal plates from the bottom of the pile! Perhaps I should dust it off.

I like the idea of these but I would imagine the novelty wears off? Good form people who really struggle to keep to portion control though.
