How is everyone getting on?
My weight loss is still happening, slowly but surely. 24lb to go until a reach that 100lb loss.
The exercise was going great. It's amazing how quickly your fitness improves. When I first got my exercise bike, a month ago, I found 5km hard. Now I have been doing at least 10miles (16.1km) a day without a problem. I managed 30km last night....nothing to do with panicking about weigh-in today, honest.
Unfortunately one of the pedals fell off last night and won't screw back on as the threads on the crank arm (the bit that the pedal screws in to) have completely worn away. Not great considering I've only had it for just over a month.
Typically, the time that I could return the bike to Amazon ran out 3days ago(!), but it does supposedly have a 2yr manufacturers warranty, so I've emailed them. Fingers crossed I hear back from them soon. I really need the bike to help me tone up.
Oh well, onwards and upwards.... or should that (hopefully) be downwards.
