I got to day 11 a while back..I do know it got easier and is quick and easy to do xx

I started it last month and noticed a difference! I lost my saddlebags although I dont tend to stare at my arse so it could gave happened before!

I used to do then whilst boiling the kettle cos that was just dead time really!

Ok I can't do too much as everything is packed! So I am going to start my squats again with added weight on July 1st! I even took a picture of my bum haha just to compare.
