I can only dream of being able to do half that haha!

I only managed just under 9000 steps today, I spent all day walking around a car boot and garden centres. But we did have a really late lie in this morning!

I only did around 4000 steps yesterday Hopefully today will be better!

Days done 7/30 Steps 2/15 treadmill 3km

Steps Day 1 13555 Treadmill 28 mins 3km. Walking and running
Steps Day 2 7502 Not many steps as suffering from ibs
Steps Day 3 7500 Should of been treadmill day but day off ill.
Steps Day 4 11500 No treadmill as had Dr appointment at 8am.
Steps Day 5 14950
Steps Day 6 9878
Steps Day 7 7166
Steps Day 8 Update later treadmill done

My friend is letting me borrow her fit bit until I get my own in July

Well I squatted 70kg today so only another 5 to go at month end...but shall remain at 70 until my ass is to the grass
Managed to deadlift 70kg too....but struggle to get the reps out, so reaching 3 sets of 10 would be nice by month end too

I don't think I could even lift 70kg! I'm at 4000 steps so far, shop's going to be immaculate, I keep walking around cleaning

Doing great millie! My phone just beeped at me to say I'd hit my target, was well chuffed til I saw the target was 6,000! Not going to make yoga class tonight as OHs got to work late, but I'll do some at home!

That's still really good you will defo reach your target
