Not losing any weight.. Help!

I have been doing this for about 2 weeks now and i havent lost any weight. I have been counting my calories on a different app. And on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I lift weights for about 40 min and on the other days its mostly cardio. I have been eating half of what i used to. Now i eat between 1200 n 1500 calories a day. Im 26 and close to 300lb. I do not drink any soda. I drink lemon water at least once a day n just plain water the rest of the day. My husband n I are going to start riding bikes to get in more exercise but im starting to get discouraged since i am basically the same as i was a few weeks ago. I measure also and havent lost any there either. I dont snack on junk food and I stopped eating pizza and ice cream. ( pizza used to be ate like 3 times a week lol ) If i do snack its on a banana or strawberries. I take a prenatal vitamin every day. Does it take longer to see any progress or am i doing something wrong? The only real difference is my body doesn't hurt like it used to and i have more energy but thats it. Please help me i really want to lose this weight!!

Hi Hun,

Just wanted to say we are similar weights

Are you drinking enough water? I have lost weight before cal counting and sometimes up my cals a bit at the weekend to zig zag my cals as I have heard good things about that

Are you eating enough hun? Know that sounds a bit crazy but I am eating 1900 on week day and 2300-2600 at weekends and not doing any exercise other than 5000 steps a day.

Hopefully someone with a bit more knowledge will come along and answer you qu soon hun.

Umm well i drink about 5-6 16.9 oz bottles full bottles of water a day so im guessing i do lol not exactly sure how much water i need.. I heard u need more water the more u weigh but idk how much water that would be.. And i track my calories on myfitnesspal n when u sign up u put in ur weight n height n activity level n asks u how much u want to lose a week n i put 2 pounds n it gives u how many calories u should eat to be able to lose that much a week so thats what i been going by. It gives me a 1600 cal goal n i try to stay under it . I stay at home all day so i wasnt really doing much but now i workout everyday except the weekends.. I have never heard of zig zaging calories so i know nothing about that .. kinda afraid to lol
