I'm on a salsa craze right now and have been using it as my main condiment. I've even used it on baked potatoes and it's delicious. My recent purchase was a jar of store brand "Thick and Chunky Hot Salsa". It was much cheaper than the name brand and tastes every bit as good.

The ingredient label says:

Tomatoes, tomato puree, jalapeno peppers, green chile peppers, onions, dehydrated onions, distilled vinegar, salt, garlic powder, natural flavors, spices.

That's it. No sugar listed at all. No fat.
