Still going great and still similar weight give or take .1 really thought I'd have put on the couple of lbs I lost with food poisoning!

Very busy though as all 4 boys including hubs are sick! All really bad coughs and little ones have temps

Feeling thinner..my size 12's are loose. In one way I could cry as I'd just aquired a nice few pairs...but a belt will do for now!

Looking forward to xmas though lol

Its awful pp

No temps today and my little man got to school for his assembly

6 weeks until I can knock atkins on the head and relax for a week or so...although I might have a slice of nimble every now and then as its quite low carb ir some porridge. Actually its what you're meant to do as you get to target xx

We've been hit with our second bout of croup in a week, they've never had it before! It's the sudden change in weather! Glad he managed to get to school today! That was the worst bit for my big one!

6 weeks should fly by! I bet it'll be so good to be back on "proper" food!

Still going strong weight unchanged but clothes are looser and inches are dropping!

I will be happy still at this weight by xmas but another 1-2lb would be great!

Although a teeny bit bored of it..the results speak for themselves. I don't think I would have dropped a stone doing anything else.

For the first time in a while I'm quite happy with how I look and it feels good fitting nicely in clothes

It would be great to see 9st 10 something before xmas
